B59-054 BLOODLETTING INSTRUMENT. Scary 12-bladed spring loaded adjustable depth brass scarificator, works like a charm and I almost lost a finger. Unsigned but in its original octagonal pasteboard box, missing the top portion of box. Fine 150-250
