B59-107 WASHER CUTTER. Unmarked and smith made, but very well done. It has a central shaft tipped with a point and with a wooden head, and an arm that rotates around it and has an adjustable cutter with a hand forged wingnut. From the collection of Hank Allen. Fine 80-150
