B59-139 INFILL MITRE PLANE. Stewart Spiers. Original pattern mitre plane, 6" sole with 1-1/2" snecked Ward iron. Steel body with dovetailed sole, rosewood infill and wedge. Small "Spiers Ayr" mark on bridge. These short mitres are very rare. Some light surface rust. From a legendary collection of infill and metal planes. Good+ 800-1500
