B59-553 EIGHTEENTH CENTURY TONGUE CUTTER. G. Hawes. Cuts a 3/8" tongue in a 1" board. 10" x 3" with nailed on fence. Wide flat chamfers, fluted toe and heel. One of the nails holding the fence has caused a split in the left cheek, and there is an old nail repair to the right side of the sole. A mark. From the collection of Arnold "Jake" Johnson.
