B61-100 POD BRACE. E. Mills. Sheffield-style unplated brace, manufactured by Edward Mills of Philadelphia who was one of the partners in Booth & Mills. It is also stamped "Premium Awarded by New York and Philadelphia Institutes." This stamp is typically found on Booth & Mills braces, apparently Mills thought he was entitled to keep using it after he and Booth split.
