B61-101 FRAMED BRACE. Alfred Ridge. Marked as manufactured by Sheffield maker Ridge but probably made by William Marples. Fill is a very dark smooth ebony, could almost be horn. Good ebony head with complete ivory ring. Brass has light surface corrosion, never polished, but all markings very clear. Sliding ring chuck. From the collection of Carl Bopp. Good+ 300-600
