York2023-229 MORTISE SHAVE. Brass body with wood inlay, gullwing shape, 15" across, 2" cutter held in place by a brass lever cap. Both brass and wood have some minor toolbox rash, but overall a very attractive and well made tool. Hang hole in one arm. From the collection of John Sindelar. Good+ 100-200
