TC25-226 CAST IRON POD BRACE. Unmarked and probably user made. The chuck is an open cylinder that the pod slides into, and then is twisted to lock. The brace is 14" long with a 7" sweep and rotating wooden head. The one pod is 11" long with a spoon bit and a screw with the edges filed flat to engage the slot in the chuck. Wood has light wear, metal oxidized but no rust or pitting. Well made and ingenious. From the collection of Jim and Christa Schoenky. Good 100-200
