- Successfully placed bids will be located in your My Bids page. If you do not see your bid(s) there, please log out and log back in, and attempt to place the bid again.

- All absentee bids must be received by end of timed auction, Friday, October 30, 2026.
- The highest absentee bid will then be executed on the bidder's behalf at the live in-person auction on Saturday, October 31, 2026.
- Auction takes place live, in-person at Wyndham Garden York on October 31, 2026, starting at 9am.
- A 15% buyer's premium will be added for all lots won, 2% additional buyers premium for payments by credit card or Paypal. $3 absentee bidding fee for each successful lot won.
