B67-76 COMBINED BEVEL & PROTRACTOR. Shaver Patent. Patented in 1918 by William Shaver of Covington, VA, and manufactured by Union Tool Co. Japanning 95%, a few spots of surface oxidation, but no rust, marked by Union Tool and with patent information. A rare layout tool. From the collection of Steve Dice. Fine 100-200
