B67-649 JOINTER PLANE. Patent Applied For. 21" sole, 2-1/2" I. Sorby cutter. Body resembles Knowles type planes with low cheeks, japanning 80%. Nickel plated lever cap has "Patent Applied For" stamped into it. The unusual part that is possibly the patent feature is the frog, with two rods protruding from the top of it that support the cutter. Wood tote and knob have light wear, nickel on lever cap is corroded on cap screw but otherwise complete. Good+ 200-400
