B67-659 SET OF TABLE JOINT PLANES. Stanley Prototypes. Modeled after Stanley No. 144 corner rounding planes but with the soles and cutters of a table joint plane pair. Has the same "Stanley" casting in the body as a No. 144, clearly a prototype though they lack model shop numbers. One has a strip of brass braised along the fence for some reason. Only example known. See FTJ Vol. 53, page 202. Mint condition. From the collection of Paul Van Pernis. Fine 1500-3000
