B68-509 CAR BEADING PLANE. Unmarked other than with a user name and presumably user made. Resembles Figure 10.71 in Whelan. Shaped like a rabbet, with 6-1/2" sole and 1-1/2" cutter with a small v-shaped protrusion in the center, 3-1/6" across and clearly fashioned from a rabbet cutter. The body is plated and heavy, but nonmagnetic, and has three plugs in both the toe and heel, so possibly filled with lead shot to provide heft although we don't hear anything when we shake it.
