B59-056 MAGIC LANTERN. McIntosh Galvanic & Faradic Battery Co. 20" x 9" x 13" tall. Steel body mounted on a mahogany base, brass lens holder that slides on a cast iron bracket. Original bulb looks in good shape but we haven't tried plugging it in. Includes a slide holder. This would have been used professionally, probably in a school, rather than a home. McIntosh was located in Chicago and in business around 1900. From the collection of John Sindelar. Good+ 200-400
