B59-489 WATCHMAKER'S ROUNDING UP TOOL. Unsigned, all brass, 14" by 5-1/2" and 9" tall. Includes 10 accessories - spacers and cutting discs - stored on pegs on the wooden base, plus room for a few more. You will need to replace the belts, but its otherwise complete and very clean. Some paint splotches on the wooden base. Good+ 400-800
