B67-450 IMPROVED TRY SQUARE. Type 1 Stanley No. 1. Not marked (other than with a user name) but appears to be the first version of Stanley's No. 1 improved model, which had a brass rather than cast iron framed handle with rosewood fill. Based on Traut's 1872 patent. 4" blade and 3" handle, in immaculate condition. Rare. From the collection of Steve Dice. Fine 800-1500
