B67-242 SPOKESHAVE. Conover "Champion." Invented by George Conover of Cleveland and manufactured by the Lockwood-Taylor Hardware Co. with a unique reversible cutter and adjustment mechanism. See Lamond, pp. 199-200. Lamond refers to this as the "nonpatented" type which differs from Conover's 1892 patent and is unmarked.
