B67-589 STORE SCALE. The Micrometer. Made by the Dodge Mfg. Co. of Yonkers and meant for pharmacies and candy stores. The innovation, covered by three patents through 1903, is that turning a knob moves the counterweight in and out. 18" long overall, mounted on a decorative cast iron base, includes original brass plaque, with a level vial and manufacturer and patent dates cast into it; includes its original pan.
